We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and will therefore handle personal data with care. Soccerscouting Benelux complies with the applicable laws and regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation. This implies that we in any case:

- Player Data
- Physical information;
- Football background.

- The Player resumes;

Persons under 16 years of age
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years of age) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.
How long we store data
Soccerscouting Benelux will not retain your or your minor’s personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected or required by law. Our retention period is a maximum of 10 years, if indicated longer.

Soccerscouting Benelux will respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any case within four weeks, and return the copy of your identity document to you. If we are allowed to process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
