Soccerscouting Benelux attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Statement we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and will therefore handle personal data with care. Soccerscouting Benelux complies with the applicable laws and regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation. This implies that we in any case:
- Process personal data in accordance with the purpose for which they have been provided;
- Processing of personal data is limited to only those data that are at least necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
- Ask for explicit consent if we need it for the processing of personal data;
- Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been taken to ensure the security of personal data;
- Do not pass on personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the purposes for which they have been provided;
- Be aware of your rights regarding your personal data/those of your minor child, want to point this out to you and respect them.
Soccerscouting Benelux is responsible for the processing of your personal data. If, after reviewing our Privacy Statement, or in a more general sense, you have any questions about this or wish to contact us, you can do so via soccerscoutingbenelux@gmail.com. The personal data we process in our CVs are:
- First and last name;
- Gender;
- Date of birth;
- Player Data
- Physical information;
- Football background.
Basis for these personal data are:
- The Player resumes;
- When you give us this information.
Persons under 16 years of age
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years of age) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.
How long we store data
Soccerscouting Benelux will not retain your or your minor’s personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected or required by law. Our retention period is a maximum of 10 years, if indicated longer.
Within the EU
We do not provide personal data to parties established outside the EU.
Sharing with others
Soccerscouting Benelux will only provide the personal data to third parties with your permission if and to the extent necessary for the execution of the order. Soccerscouting Benelux remains responsible for these processing operations.
Security
Soccerscouting Benelux has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unlawful processing.
Third party websites
This Privacy Statement does not apply to websites of third parties that can be visited via the Soccerscouting website via links. Soccerscouting Benelux explicitly accepts no liability whatsoever for websites of third parties and the privacy policies pursued by these third parties.
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data of yourself or your minor child. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to soccerscoutingbenelux@gmail.com. To ensure that you have requested access, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. Soccerscouting Benelux will respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any case within four weeks, and return the copy of your identity document to you. If we are allowed to process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
Mapping out website visits
Soccerscouting Benelux only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not violate your privacy.
